As we continue building our product roadmap, a big goal for us is helping creators not only grow their digital presence - but also grow their revenue with smarter marketing through Symphony.

Events & Tours are our first step in that direction. With this latest update, we’ve taken the power of our customizable Website editor and put it to work for events:

From the customization side, here’s what we have:

• 4 custom themes (2 are Pro-only)

• 2 button styles (free)

• infinite color customization

We’ve built seamless date management on top of that - with a lot more on the way to make it even easier to grow your live and digital events.

Collecting data from fans who want to hear more from you should be easy. We’re here to make that happen. Event Pages ship with Pre-sales, the ability for fans to share their info to RSVP, signup, join your waitlist - whatever you think of.

You can create a pre-sale for any date, and customize it all the way:

• Collect fan data with direct name + email / number collection for any date

• Open a custom link to send fans to your own landing page

• Realtime analytics with demographics breakdowns on your fans

• Direct access to your audience data

Event & Tour pages are hyper-optimized for the best digital marketing, and these pages are aimed towards helping you drive more ticket sales. They’re configured to track Conversion events for tours and pre-sales from day 1:

• Facebook Conversions API built-in and sending events automatically

Anyone who's worked in the music industry knows the headache of managing tour dates. With every promoter, agent, and venue using a different format to share information, it's a constant struggle to keep everything centralized and current.

The diversity of CSV formats has always been an obstacle in deploying tour sites quickly… so we fixed it ✨ 

Meet Symphony’s newest AI tool, built with a single task: to recognize and format any CSV and translate it to cohesively show tour dates.

It feels like a magic, it’s small and fun, but we’re still early. There’re lots of ways to use AI, we’ll be dropping more of our experiments across the app over the coming months 😉

^{_IMPROVEMENT:} 📈 A prettier Website homepage with 1-click website creation

We’re only going to keep dropping more playbooks, more website types, and more tools to help you grow more quickly. With all of those upgrades will come redesigns + cool little updates for cleanup. This is one of them!
