We’re closing out the year with a set of releases we’ve been cooking up in preparation for 2025, starting with a whole new Symphony built specifically for managers, agencies, and marketing teams.

Symphony for Teams brings a new user interface to streamline campaign management, team permissions, and adds discounts for multiple Pro profiles. Big updates:

NEW FEATURE: ⚡️ Centralize your marketing with the Teams Dashboard

Managing multiple profiles on Symphony hasn’t been the easiest flow, and for managers, labels, and agencies, a streamlined experience to create + manage campaigns is paramount.

Symphony for Teams comes with a new Team Dashboard, giving you one place to view, create, and manage your campaigns & releases.

The first version of the Team Dashboard is a more centralized view across all your profiles, to be able to:

  • 📣 Create & view marketing campaigns

  • 🔗 Quick access to create + edit Websites and Pre-saves

  • 👤 A centralized view of all Fans with email or phone number

This is just v1, and future versions of Symphony for Teams will include even more tools to create, manage, and update all of your marketing activities.

NEW FEATURE: ⚙️ Advanced permissions with Admin Mode & View-Only Mode

One of the most powerful features of Symphony for Teams is the ability to invite everyone across your organization - from your marketing team, to managers, to clients and artists.

With our new Permissions Management tools, you can add anyone to your Team with “Admin” or “View Only” access.

Admin Mode vs. View Only 🫡

Admins get full access to view, edit, and create campaigns - just like the traditional Symphony Pro experience.

View Only mode is newer, letting you invite people to view analytics without the ability to directly edit or create new campaigns or websites.

We built this with transparency in mind, with some specific use cases:

  • Agencies & marketing teams can invite their clients directly to view analytics

  • Managers can invite their artists to view data on how releases are performing

  • Labels can invite their partner teams to view growth, campaign stats, and collected audiences

NEW FEATURE: ⚙️ Scale with Team Plan Discounts

The Team Plan is built for teams that are using Symphony to scale across multiple profiles and Team members. A Symphony for Teams subscription comes bundled with 3 Pro Profiles + 3 Team Member seats automatically.

Add additional Pro profiles at a discounted rate of $15 / mo, 25% cheaper than buying Symphony Pro subscriptions one-off.
